Often we take our health for granted. As I type this, I’m sick with a head cold. Runny nose, congestion, and a bit of a cough. Thank goodness that’s all I have. I’ve had worse but I’ve been fortunate enough to not get sick too often but often enough that when I do get sick, it’s a wake up call. It’s my reminder that you can’t do well in life if you don’t take care of yourself first. I can’t believe I haven’t blogged about my favorite podcasts! I’ve been listening for about a year and a half now and have narrowed down some of my favorites. Quick story on how I got into podcasts: I first started listening to audio books I borrowed from my local library. I listened to them during my daily commute to my day job (currently 30 min each way but the previous job was about 40 min). This is a bit of a random post, but I finally started and finished a project I had meant to do years ago! It was before I got really busy. I’m really proud how it turned out! It’s a new DIY Leather Bag! I’m particular about my bags, I realized I don’t like totes or small hand bags. My perfect bags are drawstring backpack purses with pockets that are large enough to hold a medium to large sketchbook. The weight should be evenly distributed on my shoulders.
