Happy Valentine’s Day! Or to my single peeps, Happy Single-Awareness Day! I’ll be celebrating with the later but I don’t plan on doing it alone! I’ll be hanging out with my other single peeps so don’t celebrate alone! Take care of yourselves and have fun. ^_~ Wow, I ended up having a cold this week. It’s mostly sneezing and a runny nose but it’s still annoying. I suppose it’s due to the roller coaster of temperatures here and the fact my Dad doesn’t like to keep the heat on too long. I think it was also due to the fact…

Sorry about not posting last week. My brother came into town and I ended up spending time with him then I completely forgot to post anything. We had a good time, it was quiet for the most part but we started to plan on going on a vacation which I think we definitely need. I hope it all works out. Man, I really need to keep these sketch pages more organized. Apparently some of the sketches I’ve posted are from 2011 and earlier but I take so long to fill up a sketch book that I forget. I don’t really…
Leave a CommentI purchased this Mead Green Leatherette Journal from my local 5 and Below store or either $3 or $5. I kind of forget. At the time I picked it up because it was my favorite color and was going to use it eventually. I think it has about 200 pages, it didn’t come with any specs. I think I read that the cover was leather somewhere when I looked it up. I started using it to record items I purchased but stopped because I couldn’t keep up with the things I was buying. Namely art supplies and such. While I…
Leave a CommentHere’s another review the awesome people of Shoplet Office Supplies allowed me to review. Yay! New calendars for the new year! Good timing! This round came with: 2014 Desk Pad Calendar 2014 Weekly Business Planner I’ve done a review of this type of desk pad before but not this specific type of calendar. Click to see my 2013 Doolittle Calendar review. For the most part, I found the 2014 Desk Pad Calendar pretty much the same as the one in 2013. Why mess with a perfectly good product? I enjoyed using mine in 2013 and didn’t have any problems with it. It’s made from…
Leave a CommentHey everyone! Another week has gone by so quickly! Unfortunately nothing too new going on with me but I have been trying to work on my novel. Brainstorming ideas and ironing out character/plot developments. That is slowly moving along, much slower than I had hoped and expected but it’s going. I’ve been reading books to help for enjoyment and to help develop ideas in my subconscious or stories. It helps when I’m stuck and then I find myself staying up late to finish because I usually can’t stop. haha I’ve got some new calendars to review. I’ll try to have…
Leave a CommentSorry, nothing to really say this week. Have a sketch dump!
Leave a CommentDear readers, I hope that you all had a great start for the New Years! I figure you are all stuffed with food and/or catching up with many friends/family but I still wanted to wish you guys the best for the upcoming year! I plan on trying to work more on my projects, writing and comics, with a more steady schedule to follow. 🙂 I’m going to give Janowrimo a try but I plan on doing it a little differently. I’m going to see if I can do a couple of outlines for the month instead of a whole novel.…
Leave a CommentHope everyone is having a great holiday season! Mine is going well so far! Feels good to relax. My family isn’t huge on celebrating which makes it easy for us. We just spend time together which works for me. No pressure to have to socialize. lol Hope you guys got lots of cool presents! 😀 I got some nice ones from my family. Very practical ones which I like. lol Still working on my projects. Researching more intently but I’m still not really certain where I’m going with the story. It might be better for me to just go ahead…
Leave a CommentSorry guys, not much to say this week. I’ve only got 6 posts of these types of sketches left. XD Then it’s back to my usual character sketches. 😀 Enjoy the sketches! Sketches I had to do for my 3D modeling homework at school. These sketches were all copied from Bridgman’s Complete Guide to Drawing from Life. It’s interesting to learn to draw from it. Hopefully it improves my anatomy. XD
Leave a CommentWhoo hoo!!! Nanowrimo is over! I didn’t really get to expand too much in the previous post but I’m sure you all already knew that. Those who were following that at least. XD I won at 50,044 words! The story I was working is (tentatively named) Decryption and the genre is Cyberpunk. I’m not listing a synopsis until I have the first draft completely written. ^_^;; Anyways, I just wanted to list a few things that I learned while participating in my 2nd Nanowrimo and the first time that I won it! I’m very pleased with myself for getting that…
