I might even need more time than this but this is the goal for now.)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>I&#8217;m making daily updates on my blog to hold myself accountable so you can follow me here if you want!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Chapter progress at the end of the day:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>21. 60% completed<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>22. 45% completed<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>23. 40% completed<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>24. 0% completed<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>25. 0% completed<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Total time spent this day: 300 minutes = 5 hours<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Day&#8217;s Reflection<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since I merged the later chapters of my WIP I began to draft the pre-climax and climax of my story! I felt nervous since I hadn&#8217;t drafted in awhile and wasn&#8217;t sure ideas would flow. They did. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I ended up flowing with ideas for the pre-climax and while I struggled a little more with my climax (I had to pull out paper and pen to brain storm ideas) but once I had the outline written, it was easier for me to see the scene. When I can see the scene it&#8217;s easier for me to write.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I only just started the climax before I had to pause to brainstorm but I think I have a good idea of where I want it to go. I still would like to sleep on it to see if I can think of some better ideas or ways to enhance the scenes. I&#8217;d like to up the stakes a little more but I can always revise it if I think of something. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The goal is to finish these last few chapters. I still need to outline the last chapter of the book and the epilogue but I&#8217;m feeling pretty good about what I have so far. I&#8217;m sure I&#8217;ll need to add more details but I pray and hope that this is the final iteration of this story. It&#8217;s been through major revisions. It&#8217;s gone through more minor edits though.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I can&#8217;t believe it&#8217;s the second to last day of the challenge! Still proud of the work I&#8217;ve done even though I didn&#8217;t quite hit my goal of 5 chapters a day. I&#8217;ve made significant progress considering during my PTO I&#8217;d probably watch a bunch of TV. lol<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> I don&#8217;t think I could work on my story for more than 5 hours with serious focus.
